My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?

Newish to data analytics. Have some experience in power BI, sql, and R. I wanted to get some exposure to aws and saw the AWS cloud practitioner as an available course at my job. Is this cert worth it? Or should I try one of the more advanced ones ? The data analytics one for example but wasn’t sure if it would be difficult to get through as a beginner. Will it look good on my resume?

I am currently working in Financial industry tax- 4 years in compliance and switched to M&A tax advisory. I realized tax is not something I would like to do. I always wanted to be a software engineer but never knew how I can learn it sufficiently to be able to enter the field. I'm conscious that most interviewers will be politically correct and provide a generic answer, but I still ask them "why did you choose xxx, and why do you stay at xxx?"

Besides Glassdoor reviews and actually asking directly during the interview. Are there anything else that you use to assess?

YOE: 11.5 Tech: QA Automation with Selenium-Java, BDD, API automation, Mobile Automation - Perfecto cloud, Appium. All the 11 years I am with automation only.
