How are people supposed to live on $15 an hour?
Rent, groceries, gas — everything keeps going up except wages. Companies say they’re hiring, but applications go nowhere or the pay is a joke.
This isn’t about luxury. It’s about surviving. The math just isn’t mathing anymore.

Got a hefty joining bonus and the taxes trimmed it almost into half. What did I do wrong? Will I get some of it back when I file next year? Also, anything I should do going forward? I don’t have a tax adviser and have been doing it myself so far

I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. I genuinely feel like I’m at rock bottom, Idk if I’m crazy to feel that way bc of a dog but I used to be able to control this and put up a front but now my depression and anxiety are starting to leak into my work conversations completely unintentionally, I wish this would stop :(

What salary to expect for director of pharmacy at encompass health?

I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. I’ve also worked and still currently working for great healthcare company’s. I also have lots of great healthcare data experience. My only concern is no degree. I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit.
