How are the projects in cgi. Having offers from cgi, hcl and accenture. Cgi is giving highest . Projects wise which one should I join

I’m transitioning into a role where I’ll be more hands on in production. Previously, the producers handled the budget, contracts etc. I haven’t done this in a long while so I hope I could get some answers here to be more prepared

This is a much smaller company so I imagine I’ll have to take on some of that eventually.
