How are you supposed to go to multiple interviews while working full time and I have to be in office 4 days a week? I’m trying to look for a new opportunity but I get ghosted from companies once I give them my availability for an interview. I can’t keep taking off work and being late. I can’t risk losing my current role when there’s a high chance these companies won’t hire me and they want you to do a few rounds of interviews. Did anyone experience this and what did you do to make it work?
