How bad does moving from one firm to another before a year look in your resume? I am discussing a good opportunity at another big 4 but have been at D less than a year

Are there any good PM certification that’s worthwhile? Not something that’s on Udemy for 2 hours of coursework.
Most “certifications” I’ve seen seem a bit superficial… but my current PM job feels like a glorified project manager role so I was hoping to use my extra time to study/earn a certificate to show my skill. If possible.

I’ve don’t pretty good so far…given multiple roles, pay increases etc. Honestly I don’t enjoy my job anymore and would like to make a change. I want to transition to a tech Product Owner/Manager role. Any advice on how to transition ?

I’m 3 months into a new job where I work for a global tech company, and I want to ask for a pay review from my manager at the 6 month mark when I pass probation.
I know I’m going above and beyond my responsibilities as I’m not just managing projects, but I’ve also set up a global PMO governance board and have identified gaps within other teams where I’m assisting with the solution.

Is it acceptable for me to be asking this from my manager, and if so how do I raise this?

I was promoted to manager in July 2020 (3,5 yr of experience). Currently preparing for YE but honestly, I couldn’t care less - what motivates one to push for SM promotion? Not my case atm, but wanted to hear what motivates ppl to keep going as I don’t feel like it’s worth it.
