I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? Any thoughts on Strategy& and their life sciences team? How is the reputation in comparison to Life sciences focused places such as LEK, ClearView, ZS, IQVIA, etc? How is the WLB? And what is the compensation for a senior associate?

What kinds of strategy projects would best prepare you to exit to a clinical stage pharma start-up and support their business strategy through clinical trials / an ipo?

How much would you expect a AD of forecasting at big pharma to make? Glassdoor says 161 average but that feels low to me.

How long does it take HR to get back after final round of interview? I had 3 rounds each of 45 minutes spread over more than a week and it went well. The final interviewer had told me that HR would get back on next steps. It's been about a week now but haven't heard back from them.
