I own a 1973 Chevy nova and and a 1988 Dodge ramcharger. It's been a week that I got onboarded in iqvia but still haven't received laptop and no sign of work getting started. I am bored, demoralized and regretting not joining Deloitte now. Hi everyone, I have successfully completed all the tech rounds, hiring manager and hr round at a company. In the HR round, the guy asked me to mail him my documents like current company offer letter, 3 months salary slip, offer in hand etc. and my expected CTC. He said they will get back to me in 2 working days but they haven't yet. How long should I wait to check with them? And is this some strategy HRs use to see if you are desperate for the job or somehow get your expected CTC down?
