At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I have 5+ yrs of experience and it's been 1 week since I have switched from TCS to one product base company as they had offered me very high package.

Now I regret this decision due to toxic work culture, timings and many more which wasn't told me during the interview nor before my joining.
