Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

They don't, and it's on purpose. In America, the wages are stuck. I won't get into "politics" but suffice it to say this: The people at the top only got there by stepping on bodies. And they don't care how many more they pile up to keep themselves higher than the rest. We are the bodies. We are ill, exhausted, and are not allowed to take care of ourselves. It only changes when we decide to stop playing by the rules they made up.
That's true, if you look at the numbers we're going backwards. And inflation is likely to start getting a lot worse as the tariffs kick in and the costs of everyday items increase. We could wind up in a scenario of stagflation, an economic condition not seen in decades.
