Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company I have my first rounds (2 cases) for a position at the risk practice. Will I be interviewed by consultants in the risk practice? I wonder if I can ask some risk practice specific questions at the end of the interviews. (Didn’t get the names of the interviewers yet so I cannot google)

The business folks try to record every meeting these days.
I opt out. It’s great!
Not creeped out at all. People are busy, this helps people provide their internal feedback much more easily.
You don't think their retaining a video call of you is creepy?
Its bad but as a candidate at the screener stage for non-exec level roles you don’t have much leverage to protest
Yes. I just turned down the screener/interview I had scheduled, and they indicated it was optional (which wasnt indicated anywhere) and I could move forward in the process without if desired. I opted to decline the interview all together as it frankly rubs me the wrong way.
IMO this is going to become the new normal — AI is designed to save time — interviewing and score cards take a lot of time. I admit I was hesitant at this use case at first, but realistically when I thought about it more, the risk seem low. Sure something terrible could happen, but it’s probably not going to. For me this is a be commercial point.
