Happy July 4th long weekend, ya filthy animals!!!
Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

I sat in on one with my manager and all the interviewers basically gave their pros and cons, what stood out, and mostly debating level they'd be brought in at
Usually notes are attached to the candidates file. Personally I do the interview, write up my notes and initial recommendation. I’ll check the other interviewers notes or talk with them directly if I’m on the fence for some reason - like they could potentially be aligned to 2 different groups
We all meet after the interviews are over, and then we each go around and share our impression of the candidate. Then, if everyone is mostly aligned and how they perceived it, we will make a pretty quick decision. If there's less alignment, then we'll debate and think about the context. If we're aligned in terms of our impression, but not really sure if they'd be a good candidate, then we'll keep sharing what we heard in the interview to see if there's anything that can move the needle.
