I’m a senior product manager and I’ve been trying to get a role at google, Uber, Lyft, TikTok or Facebook. It’s been tough to even get a message back from recruiters. Any advice for someone trying to work for some of those bigger companies ? Should I take some specific online course to stand out ?

Mask off: Journalist to freelance copywriter. Started working full-time under contract for an agency that won't hire me. I've freelanced for agencies and in-house marketing teams, but I'm always the outsider looking in. I want to transition to a full-time permanent gig. Interviews seem to go well, 2 agencies went to 3 interviews and nothing. I know I'm totally missing something that agency insiders would understand. I was able to secure an interview at Microsoft for the Customer Solutions Architecture position. Want to find out from everyone what kind of questions I should be expecting in this interview and what the hiring process is going to be like.
