Are you struggling to switch off at home, because of anxiety or doubt, or just the workload forcing you to work longer hours?
Assuming it can't be fixed externally by better team structure, support from your manager etc, what works for me is just forcing other deadlines to take higher importance than work ones.
It's kind of like self-hacking, psychologically if you have another deadline it puts a hard stop on your work activities, so it forces you to push harder and smarter to create that clear-cut work finish.
Having a kid works, a nursery pickup is a pretty rigid deadline and at the end of the day I'll let it all burn than miss picking up my kid!
This can be applied to a side project, a good book, a film you want to watch etc, it's just a case of reducing the importance of the work task or increasing the importance of the personal task to the extent that you're willing to fight hard to make it happen.

Have an activity to do in the evening that hard stops your work day-- dinner with a friend, a workout class or commit to taking a wall outside. Its like a reverse commute so when you come back home work is totally off your mind.
