How do you all make use of your PTO? I have a good amount left but literally have no idea how to use it or who to give my workload to when I'm away... so what's the point of taking a vacation only to come to weeks of burnout? I've been running this marathon for way too long, and apparently, there's no water break. What's the solution to this?

Never been in an SE or consulting or B2B sales role before but have a referral at Salesforce and have been in some informal conversations. I’m starting to freak out a bit now that maybe I can’t do it. I have a tech background so can handle that part, but perhaps strategy may be difficult.
