Depends why you are yawning. Tiredness? More quality sleep. Anxiety and or not breathing enough? Maybe deep breathing techniques.. stimming - not sure. For me I use to do it a lot too and I think because it calmed me down so deep breathing techs worked for
me pretty well
I don’t have any specific videos I have saved down but googling ‘deep breathing techniques’ should get you started. I also like to mediate- yoga nidra body scans! Good luck!

Its interesting to me that people are saying sleep because I get plenty of sleep every night and I am always yawning during meetings. I'm not tired though thats the thing and yet I can't stop myself from yawning.
