How do you deal with a coworker who constantly takes credit for your ideas in meetings? It’s happened to me three times this month! I share something in pre-pro, and later they repackage it like it was theirs all along. I’m worried if I confront them in front of the team, I’ll look petty, but if I stay silent, I’m just enabling it. Would you call it out in the moment?
