When I’m in a heated argument with someone close to me, I want to isolate from them and can be perceived as giving the silent treatment or being short. But on the inside, I go through sad thoughts such as feeling like my presence is a burden, that I’m an annoyance, and dont want to bother you again by reminding you of my presence, and would rather leave you alone😢.

HELP! How do you handle a client who is racially discriminating? The client is a goverment office in the Middle East and has discriminated everyone from staff to SM level. Client is always right and nothing youll say is ever right because of the difference in our race. The difference on our race was an issue for him. Our project doesnt require you to be a local to be able to carry on. Any tips on handling racially discriminating project ASIDE from going to the partner and ethics committee?

I feel like I’ve lost myself since joining McK. My whole world has become about work. Hi My wife is a banking associate. She mostly worked on frontend banking. This job demands her to go to branch everyday even in pandemic time too.
