Failed NNN, there’s always next year
When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.

I had an incompetent leader who even when I mentioned I had emailed them the thing they said I should have raised, and I reforwarded it to them, it didn’t matter. The best way to deal with a truly incompetent leader is to find another role or job.
Imagine how we have to deal with incompetent seniors!?!?!

The difference is you don’t know if they play dumb with you or not. Some of them has two faces. They may have a better presentation to the clients or his/her supervisor. I had one if I asks her questions privately, she always gave me a dumb answer. She has it done completely different way if the boss or clients are cc’d in the email.
Try to deal with them as little as I possibly can. When I do though, I just focus on my work and what I’m doing and try to focus on having written communications and documentation. Hope that somebody else comes in, but it rarely ever seems like that is going to be the case.
This is a great opportunity for you to excel. I highly recommend you to read the book “How To Work for an Idiot”. There are tons of tips and techniques. Use it and your promotion will likely come in a year or two. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Good luck. https://a.co/d/90weIkT

If you’re a senior and thinking the partner is incompetent then I would guess that it’s probably you who’s not getting something
Document everything and in email summaries to them if you can
Figure out whether you can get along with them and accomplish what you want to or not.
If you can't do either, update your resume.
maybe there's more to that. ask that if what's their problem. maybe they aren't just comfortable and can't perform at their best.
