Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

The trick is to not accept the job that you already don’t want. Works every time.
It’s just very borderline. I half want to take it, half don’t. It’s a better agency than my current one, with a promotion, huge pay increase, but the accounts might not be as good as my current ones.
I don't see the issue with telling them that you're interested, but are also reviewing other offers. they didn't interview just one guy, so they shouldn't expect you're applying at just one agency. one thing you will have to do though is give them a date by when you'll have made up your mind.
also, to speed things up, recruiters have told me to tell them when another agency makes me an offer. so they're able to speed things up on their end and potentially make a counter offer. never did it, but maybe it works
Now this is solid advice.
Tell them you are working on a project you need to see through for X amount of time. Usually no more than 4 weeks. I've often told a potential new place I'd never screw an old place on my way out and wouldn't expect them to want me to. That usually works.
Yes. You may have to accept the job offer you have and rescind if you get the one you want.

If you're not contracted feel free to take the now job and leave later anyway. Not like they wouldn't fire you two weeks in if it was advantageous for them.
