How do you feel about overtime? Some loathe it like forced labor. Some live for it to to get that money. Some are never allowed to get any. Others never seem to get away from it. Personally, I ike a little extra now and then for different things, but I value my time with my family pretty highly as well. What’s your opinion? Are you an OT junkie or a maximize your personal time person?

I wish they would bring back overtime for my company over the last 2 years they have made it an absolute directive to not give any overtime. I used to get at least 5 hours every two weeks.
