LinkedIn Learning has classes on Excel. I am taking an into class now.

You have to go out of your way and take classes in this. I cannot emphasize enough how much you will be required to exercise this skills moving forward and honestly, you are likely already behind if you are 3+ years in without the excel basics down pat. You can catch up with practice

There are a lot of guides for finance people on YouTube and google etc.

Amazing to me that so many ppl are following this since I would have thought excel skills were ubiquitous in most professional careers. I would second the suggestion of corporate finance institute if you want to get a good understanding of excel fundamentals. If you’re looking for something specific, YouTube is probably your best option.

You find precedent excels from similar transactions and go through each of the tabs / formulas to see how they fit together. The more you work with it the more comfortable it will become.

For some time now, series about the pre-end of the world time is becoming more and more popular, this is the case with "The Handmaid's Tales" it has a perfect image design, characters with a perfectly defined background, and the ability to represent a totally possible pre-apocalyptic world. It has it all. Any other series with these features?

I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback

Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? The gap will never be closed to the top pay scale at my firm but when I decided to come to this firm the pay difference was about 15 percent and not 30. Would appreciate any thoughts on how to go about bringing this up without pissing people off because I love the firm and do not want to leave
