Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

“Hi John,
This email is to provide 2 weeks notice of my leaving the company. I deeply enjoyed working with the team and appreciate the advice and experience. I hope to stay in touch as I transition into a new role.
Please let me know what actionable items are needed to pass my work along to the rest of the team.
Thank you.”

Looks great! I just screenshotted this to use when needed.
I moved from one in-house role to another in 2024. I scheduled a call with my manger (I reported directly to the GC) prior to any formal submission to tell him that I would be resigning. I always try to give 3 to 4 week notice as a practice. This time I was only able to give 3 weeks. While two is the minimum at most places, I feel 3 to 4 gives adequate time for a smooth transition of your work to someone else. I then individually let the business partners I work with know that I was leaving. I am still in touch with everyone I worked with today to include my former manager. So I would say that no bridges were burned.

I’m going to try to give 3 weeks - this is good to hear. I’m going to put a few people in a really tough spot by leaving, so trying to dance the dance.
Last time I moved (firm to in house) I tried to meet up with as many people as possible one-to-one. With partners, I specifically went over all the awesome things I learned from them, how much I developed, and how instrumental they were in helping me take the next step. That seemed to go over well.
To clarify, I did this in the two weeks after my notice.
Best way to not burn bridges is to give notice - not just the minimum, but what you really need in order to hand over your caseload in good shape, get a partner through an important upcoming deadline, etc. - and continue to work hard during the transition period. If you truly like and respect your direct report and are leaving for a better opportunity for you and your family, consider telling them in person before submitting the formal notice to HR. Shaking their hand and a heartfelt thanks for everything goes a lot further with most people than a generic email.
Echo everyone’s thoughts here re communication, and I think it’s important you do well with transition. This can be in the form of transition memo, file/email management or transfer, to generally ensure success for whoever picks up your work

giving notice is good enough, you wont be given notice if you get laid off
