I'd say drink some coffee and try intentionally leaning further into work. Starly busy to avoid thinking about outside issues.
At the same time, you gotta solve those other issues at some point...

I don’t, I just embrace the pain.
At this point I welcome it. This needs to be painful so we learn our lesson.
Honestly once I get focused and busy at work it helps me forget the outside worries
Depends what it is. Work can often be a welcome distraction to other stuff going on.
At the end of the day, focusing on what you can control and letting go of what you can't is the best approach. The only thing you can control is your reaction to the uncontrollable.
