I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.

I just document everything. If they want to challenge us on our communication, I can pull up tons of receipts of attempted communication. If they don't care, I don't care. And I'm not going to chase them down if they're not interested in what we're working on.

Thank you! And same. We put it all in writing if they ever push back on us. Just so frustrating to deal with! 🥲 but I gotta get into the mentality that if they don’t care, I don’t care.
I love how the person above worded it! Babysitting is not part of the job. It's frustrating to watch all your hard work go to waste because they won't follow through on their end, but what matters is that you always do your job. Whether or not they do theirs is on them.

Yes!! That’s what I’m trying to remind myself. Ultimately, we’ve done all we can
We've stopped working with some clients who were just impossible to handle. Some of them may need help with their public image, but they're honestly just too self-centered and/or stupid to be helped. We've got clients who are great to work with, and it's better to direct resources there than to slam our heads against the wall with someone else.

Ugh I’m so with you! I wish we could stop working with this client but alas. We’re stuck for now 🥲
15 minute daily rapid fire calls to go over what’s needed today/tomorrow
I’ve worked with clients who wouldn’t even open trackers. I started leaving 60-second Loom videos that walk through updates, in a super casual yet visual style. I was very organized and always made sure to show them where we were going and why they needed to pay attention to what I was sharing. When they began to see the impact and loss of their money, they decided to listen and pay attention.
Coach
Ooh, a Loom video is such a great idea! Will definitely be stealing that, thank you

Communication communication communication. I have one client that would forget their head if it wasn't attached to their body. I just overcommunicate and put trackers together for them so they can stay on top of their items.
