How do you personally define “high potential” in a candidate? Is it pattern recognition, speed of learning, communication style, risk tolerance? I think everyone uses the term, but I’m not sure we mean the same thing.

How long does IQVIA takes to send offer letter after HR round and sending documents? HR called and confirmed the delay in offer is there since someone is on leave, he would have sent the offer last week itself.

Any thoughts?

I have given interview in LTI on 20th August which was pull campus so L1,L2 and HR all three rounds over on same day and I was told in HR round only that you are Final Selected. I got documents submission mil on 22nd August and I submitted it, But till now(2nd September) I have not got any mail for offer letter. How much time it will still? Can anyone help me on this?

Note- I received one email having Subject Line- Application status has changed(which was system generated).

How much should Software Engineers make in year if you have 4-5 years of experience in the Bay Area?

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.
