Consultant up for promo to manager at Accenture. Is it worth getting an offer for 20% more for a competing firm (specifically, EY or KPMG) and seeing if Accenture will match, given that I will likely be promoted at EOY? Anyone know from experience of this would end up hurting my EOY raise anyway if Accenture did match and I got promoted?
