Last week, I was causally updating my Naukri profile and to my surprise, I saw a Goldman Sachs recruiter bookmark my profile and download my resume. Until then I was of the opinion the I'm a long way from even thinking of applying to GS. That li'l incident has piqued my interest and now I'm obsessed with working for GS.

I’m on my first actual deal (first one was a partial due diligence and barely did anything) and sometimes I’m so clueless when management is explaining a schedule or a piece of support while my manager understands quickly and needs to explain it to me (I’m a staff 1).. thank you

FDD/TAS Senior > Restructuring (Rx) analyst or associate (FAS/Banking) - Has anyone seen it done before? Would starting from Valuation instead of FDD be a better stepping stone to Rx banking. Also, I would imagine the best Rx banking exit would be to HL. Is FTI Rx (FAS) considered better than EY-P Restructuring consulting? How about compared to AM Rx (FAS). Thanks for any input!

very Selective jobs( MF PE and BB IBs) kinda blow these numbers out of the water... but for the more attainable exits like MM IB and and corporate development... considering wlb and pay, is the grass much greener?

How long does it take to hear back for additional FDD interviews after you had your first interview (with just one person)? Assuming they are going to line up more interviews.

Has anyone found groups in FDD that have better hours than others? If so, what group, how did you do it, and how do you stay? I’ve heard that there are groups that do IPOs in FDD that work less, although I’ve never seen an IPO group.
