How do you start prepping up for interviews when you gave last interview 13 yrs back. Been taking interviews from long time but how do I prepare now to be in opposite side. 16 yoe in analytics primarily focusing on architecture, program delivery and management, business development. In leadership role from 10 yrs and 4 yrs as SM. Targeting tech companies now. Been mostly in consulting. Any good resources for prepping for L6/L7 roles.

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. This is a major red flag, but I can’t help but feel that I am missing out since this role pays 50% over what I currently make. Should I let the recruiter know? What’s your take on this?

My interview got over on June 29th right after the interview the recruiter called me and told I’m selected and they will be sending the offer letter. He mentioned there will be a delay in releasing the offer letter since merging is happening right now. few days back I sent a mail to HR.. but no reply. and after that I received a mail stating they are no longer considering me for this position. Anyone know of an alternative to StackOverflow for asking tech questions? The community is super toxic and I'm looking for a place I can casually ask questions that might seem dumb without being hrangued for not providing an essay proof of the research I've already done. Or some sort of buddy system where I can ping a person of relevant experience those questions. It's better to poke someone's brain for a minute than to spin in circles reading docs/dead end articles sometimes.
