^we wish, it's $60 flat plus provide phone bill

like

They give you $60. Do with it what you will

like

Remember though, if you pay with your Amex you don’t have to send in the bill. Take from that what you will

like

EY3. The $60 is not taxed.

like

Not taxed. All levels (incl staff consultants and internal cbs employees)

like

Reimbursement of business expenses is not taxed BTW

like

also - remember that you can always put your family plan on another card/account and just make a $60 payment each month from your corporate card. Saves some hassles if the account is in someone else's name.

like

Cell plan does not have to be in your name to get reimbursement. Expenses should go on corporate card when at all possible. Only business expenses should go on corporate card. --> I interpret it as acceptable to just make a 1-time payment of $60 from my corporate Amex onto my family plan and keep the remainder on my usual payment method. no explicit guidance suggests this is wrong, and I've never had an expense pushed back in the 2 yrs I've done it

like

My phone bill is tied in with other family members so how does that work

Just send in or highlight your line on the bill

Cool

(Don't forget that its taxed! ;) )

Guidance was if your plan has 4 people, you are 1/4 of the total (capped at $60). Never will they pay for the device, just the plan. But as E4 mentioned, if it's on your Amex, they likely won't dig or push back if it's at/under $60

Not a bad idea thanks!

Any career level? At accenture only managers and above get phones reimbursed lol

E3 - it's not taxed. No expense claim items are taxed.

Any answer on career levels?

A1 it's all level.
