Forensic tech vs non tech..go!!
PwC 🐠, I interviewed with the firm about 6 months ago for a Senior Associate position on the forensics team. I wasn’t extended an offer because the position was given to an internal transfer, at least what I was told. I tried reaching out to the recruiter I worked with last time but the email bounced back and wouldn’t be delivered. I was hoping to see / reapply if the group still was looking for seniors.
In your opinion, would it be best to reapply as a cold application?

Probably depends on location but my guess would be ~$100K salary and up to ~$120K with performance/utilization bonuses
Which firms A1?
Following. Recentish offer from EY I&C for S1 in NYC was 100k base + 7.5k signing bonus
Thanks and np! I rejected the offer because I really didn't like the sound of their projects (more compliance, insurance, and gov claims than fraud examination/investigations/litigation). It sounds like KPMG's group is catered towards fraud litigation, is my understanding correct?
Hey - just curious and any insights would be helpful. What’s a typical career path for a fraud specialist? I’ve worked in major banks on the strategy side but keen on solving puzzles hence inquiring. Not interested in the operational job obviously, rather a place where I can learn quickly and catch big guys etc. I may sound naive, don’t judge too hatch.
