How does your org handle vets - like supporting and also bridging the gap? I hear EY, Deloitte etc do this well.

I’m with a boutique consulting firm. There are a few of us and I’m feeling a disconnect. Being remote doesn’t help. Love my firm, but an ex: we celebrate ALL the holidays (no complaints) but didn’t even see a Veterans Day post or ack. Not to sound like a whiny, neglected kid, I want to step in to support them and us so your input is much appreciated - new ideas and best practices!

I may have a better offer which could be shared only next week as approvals are in process , which offers me wfh option and a little better package and my joining in the next company LTI is on 8th Nov, I am unable to push the joining date to buy some time as HR denied on the same , please suggest me how should I tackle this situation as I’m more interested to join the one giving WFH ?
