Directors, whats your base? How much was bonus?
I have a possible opportunity at Protiviti. Coming from big4 and wondering if Protiviti has fairly similar perks. I’ve read the 2022 benefits guide and it gave a oddly low PTO count of 16 days. Is this true and what about a holiday disconnect in the December time period? Are there any other hidden perks that are awesome? Already heard WLB is better and the culture, but I feel like I’ve gotta find that out first hand. Protiviti

It depends on which capability you’re trying to switch into. But in general, it’s quite difficult, especially if you are trying to switch into a capability that requires strong technical skills. The few people that i knew who were able to switch were exemplary performers, had the technical skillset, and had client examples demonstrating the experience needed
Ofc, I have heard *few* people who were able to switch as well without the skillet. These people were still exemplary performers but it was moreso a practice lead/influential people in the capability that were willing to take the chance on them
Regardless, it still takes a lot of effort, networking, and upskilling on your own time, without a guarantee they’ll accomodate your capability switch request. It’s almost the same effort as applying to a job, which is what some people do instead of
