How easy/difficult in EY to move to another country for 1 year to get international manager experience and back to US and upgrade from EB2 to EB1? Also can we do it on H1B (7 year completed and approved I-140) or must need L1A for EB1?

I have offer from EY to join as M and my PD is 2019, wanted to know in future if this option is feasible to expedite the process.
