How flexible is EY UK in terms of salary negotiations if I possess a niche skillset in the market? Can I expect 20-30% hike?EY

I appeared for the interview for KPMG GS for the role of Associate Consultant.
So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.

Are there gonna be more rounds of interview..? If not, what is expected timeline they take to make the final decision..?

Hello, after doing some research I believe I’m being underpaid. About 4 months ago HR did a market analysis for my role. They bumped my salary for about $2k. I’m a mid-level Executive assistant with 6 years of experience and currently supporting 5 executives at a fortune 50 company. One C level and 4 Vice Presidents. I’m currently making $61,000 with bonus included. Based on my research I should at least be making $71,400. I have a check in with my boss tomorrow and I am asking for a raise.

To all the people searching PGs, i would suggest not to go with any online bookings like nestaway, zolostays.

The ideal thing is to land in hyderabad, book a hotel for two days and then go to office nearby area and search for PGs, you will get 100+ pgs in each location. Have a look at the room size, ventilation , bed size , if required taste the food also before booking PG. Received the offer from EY for M role, on call and email on Wednesday and also received a mail from the partner about it. Told them I will be accepting the offer. Had another offer & already received their contract , now I don't want to say no to the other firm before I sign the contract with EY. Which I am being told will only be ready next week. Hey, I received a verbal offer from EY for a role as manager, which was quite a low ball offer. I had received another offer from a different firm and I informed EY HR about it. I was told yesterday that they have an updated offer for me, scheduled the call twice with me but didn't actually call and told me she got occupied in other meetings. I have not got a response from her yet on the mails, should I contact the hiring partner directly? other firm is asking me to update as well.

Ive accepted an offer going from a SM role to M role at EY in the CCas team , London office. Can anyone confirm how often one needs to come into the office, as my commute is from Hampshire . In my current role I rarely go to the office, i.e once every few months (also in London) and am considering backing out due to the additional commuting cost and less flexible work life balance.
