How hard is it to get into agencies as a fresh grad or at least someone with intern experience?

I came across many jobs from companies like Assembly global, WPP and Dentsu. most of them mention around 0-2 years experience or no experience/fresh grad welcome. For those who got into the industry after graduation or finishing internships after graduating/before graduating, what is your experience like? Would like to know some useful info + tips and tricks especially for application and interviews

So I have been made an offer by a company I like but it’s pretty similar to my current package (I also like where I am). The recruiter is pretty intense and is pitting me against another candidate but says I’m the number one choice and is asking me for a number to say yes “but not too high or the team will look at the other candidate”
I’m close to send them to get stuffed. I’m also awaiting a promo and interview feedback from Google. Any advice?

Interviewing with a start up and they use equity shares. Is this the same as rsu? Quick google search showed no definitive answer.

What is the best way to make sure your resume gets seen/gets into the right hands? I've been applying for remote positions and not been hearing anything back. I feel like because so many people are applying for these jobs, it's hard to make sure my resume gets into the right hands and gets seen. Anyone have any advice?

Hello anyone reading this! I wanted to ask for any realistic, recommended job positions from someone with more knowledge and experience. I am graduating this December with my BBA and am ready to leave the job I’m in now. I’ve been applying for a range of positions I qualify for and nothing so far, which I expected. I have 3 years of experience in management operations but also have 6 years of experience with child care, is that why I may be getting rejected? Maybe I’m overthinking my resume? 😅

For RIG I applied through recruiter. For IoT DE I was contacted by an HR saying that it's no problem appearing for another interview unless i hear feedback from 1st one.

I currently work as a Contracted Software Engineer and I’m set to finish my contracted time at the end of October. To stay ahead of game I started to move forward in the interview process with another opportunity as an Application Software Programmer and just received notification that I got the position. I definitely could use the extra paycheck to help out with my financial obligations. Just wanted to see if anyone has done this before.

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
Now that I'm not hearing back from the company which I gave interview and my environment at current project is a mess atm...Should I just put papers or bear with it till I fine another one..??

Interviewed on 12th August , got selection mail 2 days later asking to upload docs. The HR discussion has happened on 27th august and same day I did also receive CTC breakup(acknowledged same day).
Recently on 15th September , status in ibegin changed from evaluation in progress to evaluated
Can I expect an offer anytime soon?
