How hard is it to get into agencies as a fresh grad or at least someone with intern experience?

I came across many jobs from companies like Assembly global, WPP and Dentsu. most of them mention around 0-2 years experience or no experience/fresh grad welcome. For those who got into the industry after graduation or finishing internships after graduating/before graduating, what is your experience like? Would like to know some useful info + tips and tricks especially for application and interviews

Have been getting interviews with banks (3 in 2 months) but I come up short with the modeling experience (and weak on the technicals too). Doing 2nd of 3 interviews on Tuesday and looking for interview tips. I learned very quickly that I don't understand how the levels and total comp packages work. I'm interviewing for a Business Operations Specialist and when looking at salary ranges they are all over the place. Add in the changes a few months back and I now have NO idea where I should fall.
I have 10 YOE and I am in Seattle..

I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. I just recently got an offer from a smaller AI company for 95k that I plan to accept. I’m happy to make the jump, I just don’t know how my manager/coworkers will react when I tell them I’m leaving.

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

And now i got another offer better than LTI
I want to join LTi, how should I ask HR to match the new offer?
Will they fo that, or should I wait for them to reach me?

Seeking feedback on GAP insurance. I had a family member who purchased a car in June or July. They were in an accident last week and it sounds like the car will be declared a total loss. Never dealt with this before, so wanted to ask if anyone has ever had an instance where the insurance didn't cover the outstanding balance of the loan and the insured then owed money? Car was $35k, $7k down, finance $28k. Gap insurance is through lender, not auto insurer.
