How has having student loans affected your credit score? Negative or positive?

One way to invest in rental properties is paying the downpayment and any renovation costs using saved up cash. I know folks also use HELOCs. So you'll end up with 2 loans. When do you pay off the HELOC? Personally I dont think taking out a HELOC is a great idea. What other strategy do you use to invest in rentals?

Looking to rent a home in the Central Park area but there are very few homes available for rent on Zillow. Does anyone know of any other platforms that might have listings that are not on Zillow? How does one most effectively make the transition into management from an Individual Contributor?

I've been an individual contributor for 4 years in Tech, have 8 years of experience total. I'm finding it difficult to make the management transition despite having management experience, performing beyond expectations, and having a genuine passion for enablement and development.

I'd appreciate any success stories or pointers you can offer in regards to this transition.

LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program?
