Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I'm not a reporter, I'm just a citizen who took a picture during an event and uploaded it to my social media account. Turns out a digital media wrote me to have permission to use my picture, and when I said yes, they said they were looking for some other picture because I had already given permission to the competitors, which I didn't.
They just posted it without asking me, letting me know, or even mentioning my credits. Is this legal?

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?

Let’s say your original TC in your current is 300k, but because of stock appreciation, your actual TC now is 500k (same base, same bonus, but stock appreciated). When negotiating with new company, will the new company consider your TC as 500k, or 300k? Thanks

What should be the salary of “Database admin team lead” in Accenture. The person joinning with 7 yrs of work ex with 3 jobs previously. Do not know the current package, so a range would work. On glassdoor it is showing 12lpa, which seems less.

My elder brother (2 year elder) and jobless from 8 years (don't want to do anything just sleep all day - he is also a software engineer).

I have to take care of his everything thing which includes his health insurance, his clothes, his daily foods, and other basic things. If i don't do then my mother is getting angry. Also, he Don't respect me and bad mouth about me with our relatives that i am not doing anything for him.
