I am earning 85k/month now. Thinking to purchase a land of around 15L, not just for investment but to build our own house on it in future.

Though I can somehow manage it without taking a land loan. But I was wondering if I can take some to avail tax benefits.

Newbie backdoor questions:
I have a traditional 401k with pwc, want to do backdoor

1. Is the process: traditional 401k -> rollover to traditional IRA -> conversion to Roth IRA?

When you’ve accumulated 14 days of PTO, would you measure that as 2 weeks salary (1 paycheck) if you exit the company? Or are salaried employees paid only for week days thus 14 days PTO is nearly 3 weeks of salary worth? What’s your take?
