Looking to move to a new agency after 3 years, senior seo manager, any tips on good boutique marketing agencies to look into or recruiter hookups?

Do you feel that in SEO there are too many ways of conducting the same tasks. I have had a string of managers within the past year, it’s starting to get very annoying as each person says method A is wrong and B is right, another manager would have the complete opposite view. Have you had similar experiences when this practice and adjustment begins to interfere with client deliverables.

The creative team is cutting back my content. I’ve explained to them that this will hurt their SEO, but they don’t seem to care. I'm sure they’ll freak out when they see the lack of organic growth.

I'm a current AC at my agency but looking to switch departments. I'm torn between applying to the SEM specialist role vs the social media specialist role. JOB: SEO Specialist
OFFER: 65k with good benefits
EXPERIENCE: 1 year SEO, 3 years data analyst
COUNTER-OFFER: 87k same benefits
REASON 1: programming skills which I use on the job (SQL, R, Google Apps Script). Aka I do more than SEO.
REASON 2: I’ve received multiple other offers for data analyst jobs paying 85k-100k
CONTEXT: I’ve been working with this company as a contractor for about a year now and have really enjoyed it but I want more money! Lol

Currently working as an in-house SEO for a big ecommerce company (fortune 500). Currently earning 65K CAD. Contemplating a position for SEO manager on another company, SaaS B2B, very small office (<50people), pay around 80-100K. It's not a startup.
