I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?

Client wants to buy individual stocks for his portfolio. Don’t care to manage unfettered stocks from clients that we catch blame when underperforming. What is your response to this client?

Home reno financing question. Have a big project coming up in the $120-150k range. Funding sources are:
- 90k from a heloc around prime
- 10k from a credit card that offers promo checks at 2-3% for 12-18 months
- 375k in a brokerage
- 5-6k per month cash that I can put towards the project, loans, or brokerage

I don't want to stop funding the brokerage because my FIRE plan is less numbers based than "hoard like dragon until it's enough" but maybe I should... How would you optimize?

So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. After all the discussion and asking my expectations Wipro provided me 2L over my current that too includes variable. I got frustrated looking at the figures and replied back with my expectations. I tried reaching out the HR several time but it's only one way connection from day 1 of getting call. When I try to call them they either not pick or the phone is switched off.
