After all the discussion and asking my expectations Wipro provided me 2L over my current that too includes variable. I got frustrated looking at the figures and replied back with my expectations. I tried reaching out the HR several time but it's only one way connection from day 1 of getting call. When I try to call them they either not pick or the phone is switched off. Little context: I was an ED student, full time paralegal/clerk throughout my law school experience, and a single mother. I did not take advantage of the law school extracurriculars and missed out on clerk application deadlines my final year (2020). I recently got an offer where I was given almost 60% salary hike on my current CTC. I initially declined the offer but the company somehow motivated me to join them. And due to the changes in the joining date, their HR told me to submit mu resignation with my current company and and let them know my last working day so that they can accordingly share the revised offer letter. I got my resignation acceptance and LWD from the current company but they are not sharing the revised letter.

Need advice-

I have been working as BI developer (SQL+ BI Tools) for 4 years and 7 months and recently moved to a tech organization. I plan to do MBA in 2-3 years ISB/IIM(1YR)/M7/T16/etc.
Is this a good move. I am not doing MBA for money but for profile change (strategy or PM),at that time i will have 7-8 YOE.

My friend has following offers from three companies after MBA (two offcampus and one from campus)

1. Finance Effectiveness/ EPM role at one of the Big 4
2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4
3. Organization strategy role from one of the top consulting companies (not Big 4)

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile
