How much can I ask from BNY Mellon for the role of Lead Full-Stack Engineer.

No. I’d need a significantly higher increase than that (25-50%).
That would depend on the responsibility and title change as well as the culture of the offering company.
If it was my dream job and the company culture is excellent, then that would make the choice hard.
For me at least, I’m VERY happy in my current role with my current company. So the job satisfaction induced inertia is strong. It would take a lot to overcome that.
I don't believe it's viewed negatively as it once was. If you feel 15% is just enough amd the role your going into makes you happy, I'd say do it. If you no longer enjoy the role your in, you can always transfer somewhere else. I do believe they are looking to see if your in role for at least a year though.
i think it's viewed differently however i've heard of people still being turned down or questioned with a tenure of less than 2 years even if the reason was layoff. it's hard to say and would really depend on the company ultimately i'd say. 15% is too little imo though
