My close group of friends (10 of us) are 28-30 & have really successful careers! (We’re all first Gen working women too!)

I feel bad because my close girlfriends & I are always doing things (spa days, dinners, brunches, travel) and she can’t afford to go.

I’m currently living and working close to Boston but I’m considering moving back home for personal reasons. Got an offer for moving to a boutique and was excited until I got the benefit info. Currently at $140, DTO, 12 holidays, high chance of decent bonus. New role is $160k, 24 days PTO, 8 holidays, only utilization bonus but good size.
The change is PTO/holidays is a huge deal for me but not sure if the salary makes up for it. They aren't budging on anything which to me is not a good sign. Really torn on what to do
