How is OT payment for client billable resource in exl? Manager told over mail to client that weekend OT will be billed double the actual weekday rate. But we have been just paid Rs 2500 per day.
I worked for 35 hours ( over weekends) but paid only 10938 rs. Which is way less than my perday salary whoch comes around 7200 ( rs 5200 if i include saturday sunday in calculation). Is it not wrong??
Why sould i waste saturday sunday for 2500 if i can earn 7200 for doing same work in weekday.

The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. I am an associate at a UMM and my employment contract has a 4 month non compete (yes, even for associates) but I am thinking of lateraling. What are the implications of breaking a non compete?
