Vision is excellent. My eye doctor never believes me that I only have a $15 copay for exam/contact lens fitting. It costs me $1 per pay period I think. $24/year. And comes with $150 cash reimbursement for contacts in lieu of glasses each year. So they give more than we pay easily.
It’s very ordinary.
Run of the mill health insurance. Mental health is great with the 5 free therapy sessions. Dental is okay. Student loan payoff assistance is good. Vision is good. Legal plan is good. They have a ton of other benefits but I can’t remember if I’ve used anything else off the top of my head. It’s pretty in-line with big4/upper corporate benefits.
As a comparison I was at an unknown boutique before PwC and all I had was health insurance, vision, and dental. All 3 were higher payment/higher deductible/lower coverage amounts.
Thank you for the info!!
