Microsoft Interview - Customer Solutions Architecture
I was able to secure an interview at Microsoft for the Customer Solutions Architecture position. Want to find out from everyone what kind of questions I should be expecting in this interview and what the hiring process is going to be like. FYI, a recruiter from RANDSTAD America is coordinating the interview, not sure if that makes a difference. 

How to handle working with someone who frustrates you immensely? I work with someone who is one level above me hierarchically and is an ultimate micromanager (not one agenda or recap can be without edits) and is rude about establishing that they have dominance. The more senior leaders on the team are awesome and so is the client. It’s this one coworker who just got promoted and is now stepping on me constantly. Thanks!

Learned I was making less than peers at other asset managers in NYC with less experience (14 years). Latest conversation was with HR about how they calculate salaries. If anyone has insight on the compensation structure for the Managing Director/ Country CEO role I would appreciate insight on how package are structured and how best to determine the amount. Context is for a cloud tech consulting firm that is about 75M in revenue and 500 people and growing 10x on a 3 year intervals.

My two year anniversary of starting my career (in general) is coming up in the next 3 weeks.

Aug 2020- 65k base salary
Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary

Recently was informed that my salary will be increasing and was asked to sign a Confidentiality and Assignment of Inventions Agreement.

What should I do in a scenario where I was hired (12+ years) with far less salary than(~20% less) than other members (4+ experience) in team and asked to take 80% of team's responsibilities. The hiring manager low balled me sensing that I am in dire need of that job and now I am stuck for 2 years now. The company is a big shot but I am literally getting paid less than what I used to make 10 years ago. Should I try to move within or look outside?
