How is the Variable payout in HCL?. They have offered me 15% Variable, which has 10% performance bonus to be paid annually and 5% engagement bonus to be paid monthly. As per HR there will not be any deduction in engagement bonus if I am in the billable role. Please tell if it is true. Also how much can I expect in performance bonus part of 10%?

I Got an offer from KGS australian region as senior 2 position and hike is 25% from current package. I heard that worklife balance is good at KGS normally it is 8-9 hrs max job in a regular day but quality of work is not at par with deloitte USI really confused about whether should i make a switch or stay back in deloitte and wait for promotion?
