Hi all, my aim is to join one of the faang companies after two years. I want to dedicate these two years to attain whatever knowledge ia required. My skillset is currently java, springboot thats all. What i need to prepare to get into one of these top companies. Can someone elaborate the required skillset and how many interviews and what kind of interviews and so on.

Assuming a similar work schedule, does your SO really pull a 50/50 split at home of handling kids, domestic chores, etc? Doubt anyone has it down perfectly but how out of whack does the balance need to be before an issue? Has talking with your SO about unequal distribution of chores ever worked? Looking around me still seeing a lot of wife having to take the back seat career wise and driving the fort at home espec with kids

Even without LinkedIn, I see a lot of people younger than me in much better roles. They started off with relevant jobs right out of college. Hi all! As part of joining formalities, Barclays requires the document showing epfo linked with Aadhar. I have not linked aadhar with epfo. Only pan linked. Is there any alternatives available?
Also I tried aadhar seeding in Umang app, that too didnt work.

Is there anyone who completed the last SHL test and is waiting for the result or call back from HR. For me it's almost a week now after completing the last SHL test but no reply from HR.
