How do you make time for exercise with a full time job, studying etc? I feel like whenever I get into a regular workout routine it becomes a huge time commitment and it distracts me from doing other important things. I have been thinking of trying some ideas I heard like breaking my workout apart throughout the day in short 10-20 minute increments. Are there any other suggestions? 🤷‍♂️

New/pivoting into HR! 👋 Currently working as a TA Coord with a little entry level work in HR Ops prior to this. Is there a SHRM link, reliable test, or method of shadowing the various parts of HR that will provide a sample of the work, thinking, and day to day experience of each group? How do the economics of this city work?

I make ~150K & get 8K per month net.

Assuming I have 3K rent + 1K for (car + insurance) + 1K for (grocery + utilities + misc expenses), I’m left with 3K/month saving which is 36K/yr.
