Suggestions/Ideas to reduce tax needed for everyone. What is the best way to save money? What type of declarations you make apart from the usual will save you money. If everyone can pitch in, we might be helping each other here. FYI, we pay too much tax without proper benefits/returns from our government.

What is the point in asking why do you want to switch after all interview process ? Haven't HR seen resume with all career progression for a candidate before shortlisting that resume which means they are fine with another Switch. If at all they want to ask this question so as to eliminate someone , they should ask this as the first call by them before scheduling the interview. It is a two process i.e. you need a resource and we don't ask them why do you want to recruit us ?
