Rising Star
Joined because of the name. Stayed because of the work culture, people, good tech. stack, less headache, good WLB and supportive colleagues.
Comfort, work life balance, do whatever you want take leave when ever no questions asked. Thats what people gain if stayed long.
Sometimes it's mandatory due to Bond
Stayed for the people. Nothing else.
Money. Sad to say that the old trend is reversing.
Good learning, compensation, but later it was sheer laziness and comfort zone.
I had stayed with Vodafone for almost 7.5 years and below are the top reasons for my decision..

For me it's more related to WLB.
And present WFH giving complete freedom to work.

Are you working at Infosys 😛
Lol I know what you are thinking... Fellow EY chap!! 🤪🤪
Flexibility to move across functions, locations and products.
Laziness
I stayed because I hated to move to cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurgaon etc. I don't love my job in particular it has its pros and cons but Hyderabad as a city is so damn good, less traffic & real estate prices are comparatively low. And for a MBA grad and Consulting professional there arent good jobs out there. But I might change soon as recently Deloitte USI is not as good it seems. 2020 pandemic showed their true colours with all that layoffs. On top of that lately I have seen more mediocre people being promoted to senior roles and talented people leaving the firm. Staying further in Deloitte USI doesn't looks good.
Lot of my friends are moving from HYD to Bengaluru. For better prospects.
