Has anyone here switched from a big 4 to a smaller firm? What was your reason for switching and do you have any regrets?

How do you recruit for startups? Exhausted from lack of responses from cold networking. What else should I do? I am aiming for roles in early stage startups. Didn’t study or work for long in US so don’t have a strong network.

I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm bit worried because I don't have releiving letter for those 2m but all other records are clear with me(includes to company I'm currently serving notice period). I yet to reveal this 2m to my Hr. What are the possibile ways of getting a salary correction in Virtusa ? Or Does Virtusa follows the process that people on the same Designation should be paid equally ?
